Translated from Russian Wikipedia:
The Borovoy Bridge (Боровой мост) crosses the Bypass Canal at Tambovskaya Street in St. Petersburg. The first bridge was built here in 1881. It was a wooden pyatiprolёtny structure with a high pile support tower. The design was a rare example of combining different systems. The twelve-span girder system occupies a central position; with its two sides using a two 6.4-meter span triangular-strut design. The bridge deck is equal to 52 m and the total width is 13 m, including the 9m roadway and 2m sidewalks.

The existing bridge was built in 1960-1961, by the institute "Lengiproinzhproject" engineer AA Kulikov and architect LA Noskov.

The bridge is designed as a double-hinged frame span of 34 m. The transom frame is made of precast prestressed concrete prefabricated elements, omonolichennyh with "legs" of the frame. In cross section are located nine I-section beams of variable height. On top of the beams is a combined reinforced concrete slab roadway.

The bridge railings are made of cast iron attached to the granite parapet abutments. Asphalt covers the roadway and sidewalks. The sidewalks are arranged at a higher level. On the grassroots side of the bridge a horse-arranged granite staircase descends to the lower tier on the waterfront.
