At the confluence of the Gulf of Finland Smolenka on the seaside promenade are four single-span concrete arch bridge connecting pairs Vasilevsky Island and the island of Decembrists with a small artificial island. 1st and 2nd Smolensk bridges located across the left sleeve Smolenka, and the 3rd and 4th through the right.

1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th Smolensk Bridges:
The length of each bridge is 34 m. The widths of the 1st and 2nd bridges are 17 m, and the 3rd and 4th bridges are 48 m.

The bridge railings are granite parapets. Along the edges of the 3rd and 4th Smolensk bridges there are stair slopes constructed to the water.

These numbered Smolensk bridges were built as part of a future seafront promenade, which has not yet been built. The roadway dead-ends, and the second carriageway has not been built. In this regard, the Smolensk numbered bridges are abandoned, and are unfamiliar to ordinary citizens.
